  • How are shipping costs calculated?
    The products are shipped directly from our warehouses. Depending on product, the products are shipped either by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS or common carrier. The shipping costs are primarily based on weight, distance, size of the products and quantity ordered. All items over $125.00 will ship for free from any of our warehouses.

  • Will my order be shipped in full? What will happen if we are not able to fill the order in full?
    There is no way for us, to guarantee full shipment on all orders. When you order we let you know how many are in inventory available to ship. If you order more than what are in stock we will ship the partial order and ship the remaining when it is back in stock.

  • What credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We don't accept COD.

  • What are the return Policies?
    All products can be returned for up to 30 days from the date you received the product. The product must be packaged in its original form and not be used and resalable condition. You will are responsible for return shipping. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will not be credited your original shipping cost. All credits are issued within 7 days of us receiving the product back into our warehouse. This gives us time to inspect the product. You must email or call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • I am shipping to Canada, who pays brokerage, duties and taxes?
    We are not responsible for brokerage, duties or taxes. You will have to pay these cost in addition to the normal shipping cost.

We represent several manufacturers.  Since each manufacturer has its own warranty - we have chosen to list the details of the different vendors below:
Manufacturer: Outdoor Living Concepts:
All products produced and distributed by Oakland Living Corporation are warranted against material defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  Any defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge to the consumer.  Cast aluminum and iron components as well as wooden slats are warranted against breakage or structural failure during normal use of the product.  Products that contain glass and or other fragile components are not covered after delivery.  Oakland Living product is not recommended nor designed for commercial use. The use of our product is for residential application only.  Use in a commercial arena, in any manner, is at the owners risk and will void all product warranties and any legal liabilities that may arise.  "Acts of God", abuse, neglect or lack of reasonable maintenance of the product is not covered under this warranty.  Damage incurred during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier.  Please inspect product at time of delivery to ensure no damage is present.  Cast iron products will eventually rust when exposed to the elements.  We recommend the products be covered to protect them when not in use, especially when not in use for extended periods of time.  To preserve the beauty and finish of our tubular iron products, we recommend applying an epoxy clear coat yearly to prevent oxidation.
